Don Langston

Charles Donald Langston passed away on December 27, 2012, with his loving family by his side. “Don,” as he was affectionately known by all who knew him, was born on May 25, 1945, in Atlanta, Texas.

Don was the owner and operator of Muskogee Regional Hearing Lab in Muskogee, OK. He raised beagles and loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He enjoyed camping and fishing, and loved spending time with his family. He married his wife Cathy in 1998, and he will be missed by all who loved him.

"The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?" - Psalm 27

During his senior year at Irvin High School Don was the vice-president of the Novas, and he played "Lil Abner" in the 1963 Senior Follies. The Novas was a club made up mostly of senior boys and sponsored by Mr. Cohen. Campaigning for the Salvation Army Food Drive, performing skits at student assemblies, and decorating the stadium with the "world's largest" Christmas wreath were a few of the Novas projects. Don helped provide leadership for all club activities.

I know that many of his classmates would have liked to see Don again at our reunion. He is missed.
